The program emphasises the study of Business English in all its aspects, both spoken and written. The program focuses on developing Bachelor’s students language skills and communicative abilities in order to perform more effectively in a variety of work contexts and situations. The course aims to focus on vocabulary and functions related to particular business subjects such as telephone English, writing formal emails, letters, current curriculum vitae. The course helps to obtain a systematic and broad understanding of key aspects of business communication, including giving presentations, participating in meetings, job interviews, and professional discourse.

It is a cross-disciplinary course that is characterized by applying the methodology of CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning), simulation of communicative tasks required by the target situation, and thus is one of the ways in bridging the gap between language and content specific instruction.
